Will Return-to-Work Mandates Increase or Lower Tech Employee Burnout?

The tech market is well-known for its burn-the-candle-at-both-ends work schedules, a culture that causes productivity-sapping burnout. Now that numerous tech business are needing employees to invest numerous days a week in the workplace, will decreased employee versatility make those issues even worse?

A research study launched in February recommended that might be the case. The Slack-backed consortium Future Online forum surveyed 10,000 desk employees throughout numerous markets in the United States and Europe and discovered that 53% of those disappointed with their level of work versatility state they are stressed out compared to 37% of workers pleased with their versatility.
