Q&A: Recently Retired Judge Greenaway on Law Clerk Variety, Collegiality and His Course to the Bench

In an interview with the National Law Journal, just recently retired federal appellate Judge Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. assessed a series of subjects– variety in the legal occupation, collegiality in the judiciary and what he’s anticipating when he signs up with Arnold & & Porter Kaye Scholer in a month.

Former President Barack Obama designated Greenaway to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2010 after having actually served more than 13 years on the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Prior to that, he was a federal district attorney in New Jersey and internal counsel at Johnson & & Johnson.
