Compass invites back market veteran Bob Gerlach

As Compass wants to reinforce its existence in Northern California, it is inviting back a familiar face. The Robert Reffkin– helmed company is inviting back Bob Gerlach, who retired from the brokerage in 2021, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Gerlach is signing up with Compass as a sales supervisor supporting brokerage experts in the Palo Alto market as part of the company’s management group.

” We’re seeing a great deal of property experts go back to Compass after a brief stint away,” Kevin Patsel, Compass’ local vice president for Northern California, stated in a declaration.

” We’re definitely enjoyed invite a market veteran back into the Compass fold. I could not be more fired up to have Bob go back to lead our Compass Palo Alto operation and bring his years of property competence and market understanding to bear for our representatives.”

Gerlach started his property profession in 1977. Early on, he opened Fox and Carskadon’s Palo Alto workplace prior to relocating to Alain Pinel Property, where he was a founding sales leader. He stuck with APR up until it was purchased by Compass in 2018

” As soon as I retired, I missed out on the interaction with the representatives, customers and associates from other brokerages,” Gerlach stated in a declaration. “Compass provides the very best resources for our representatives in this competitive property market in the center of Silicon Valley.”
